A first class Human, Social and Political Sciences graduate from the University of Cambridge, passionate about engaging communities and industries to drive change for more sustainable and equitable ways of living.

Ella heads up Strategic Growth at AssetFlow (part of the CAMA Group), supporting its partners in the film and television industry to engage with the circular economy across their props, sets, and costumes. Having previously worked as a client engagement manager at an award-winning ClimateTech startup, Ella’s background is in net-zero strategies and carbon accounting.

Previously 18 years in-house as Strategic Advisor and then Managing Director Canary Wharf Group, working on 10 m sq ft of development across 6 sites in London, London 2012 Olympic Bid and legacy, Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) project design, politics and funding among other projects. Then a year running City Strategy urban development consultancy.

Prior to that 10 years in Public Affairs and PR.

Mete Coban MBE became the Deputy Mayor of London for Environment and Energy in July 2024, overseeing the Mayor’s world-leading climate action plan for the capital.

Before this role, Mete was a Councillor and Cabinet Member for Climate Change, Environment, and Transport in the London Borough of Hackney, where he delivered a £61 million Green New Deal to tackle the climate crisis. He is best known for pioneering Hackney’s Community Energy Fund, which provides clean, green, community-owned energy to 39 not-for-profits.

Mete is widely credited with making politics more accessible to young people as the Founder of the youth-led charity My Life My Say. He led the Give an X voter registration campaign, resulting in over 488,000 newly registered voters ahead of the UK General Election in July 2024.

Additionally, Mete serves as a Trustee at the London Marathon Foundation and My Life My Say.

In the New Year’s 2020 Honours List, Mete received an MBE for services to young people, recognising his efforts to make politics and democracy more accessible to the younger generation.

Ray Knight is an ISEP-certified sustainability leader at Atos, driving programs that deliver business and environmental value. As the Head of Sustainability Services in the UK, he champions technology’s role in achieving net zero through collaborations with clients and partners to accelerate sustainable progress.

On a mission to expand everyone’s options for the future. This means building a thriving circular economy, on the one hand, and restoring the planet’s living systems on the other. To this task he brings over two decades leading the design, delivery, and measurement of complex and innovative global programmes, including over 15 years with PwC and Strategy&.
