As the Chief Executive Officer of ReLondon, a partnership of the Mayor of London and London’s councils, Wayne oversees the delivery of an ambitious Business Plan that aims to transform the way London produces, consumes, and manages its resources. Wayne is a a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, and he brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in both the public and private sectors across different fields and regions.

Starting from a background in Fashion & Textiles from IED in Milan, Ani worked on a series of projects in film, photography and graphic design, gaining experience in a variety of fields within design and the creative arts. After Ani joined D&Me as Brand Manager, where she ran the website from content to aesthetics whilst executing logistics and administrative rolls. Now Ani works as a freelancer, devoting part of her time to the RTW label Soler, teaching creative workshops and creating a small line of conscious fashion and homeware products.

Rebecca joined A Good Thing in August 2025, having spent the previous two years at the London South Bank University Green Skills Hub, promoting green jobs and training to South Londoners. Before that she worked in the tech sector as a project manager, scrum master and website designer.

Florrie Cole is the Cally Local Economy Manager at Islington Council, working within the Community Wealth Building department. In partnership with ReLondon, Florrie has led the Circular Food Community Programme in Caledonian Ward, Islington, delivering a suite of projects co-designed with the community to support a more sustainable local food system while addressing social and economic inequalities.

Having worked across theatre and production Tamasin is now enjoying using those skills in a community charity encouraging everyone to engage with sustainability in all its forms.

Connecting those building better communities and improving social justice with opportunities and audiences is fascinating and rewarding.
