Matthew is Head of Natural Resources & Climate at Harrow Council. After spending the early part of his career in the private sector, Matthew has worked in local government for over 10 years, for much of that time as a commercial and environmental lawyer advising London boroughs, county councils and district authorities on a wide range of local government projects with a community and place-making focus. His current role includes managing the energy team at Harrow and co-ordinating sustainability and climate related-initiatives, both within the Council and in collaboration with other West London colleagues. He has a an MSc in Sustainability from Ashridge Business School.
