Sarah Malone is a Senior Advisor at ReLondon, currently leading the organisation’s food programme to enable a transition to a more low-carbon circular economy for food in the capital. Prior to ReLondon, Sarah has held various research and policy roles in both the public and private sectors, including at the Food and Drink Federation where she provided policy advice to central government on behalf of the food and drink supply chain.

Ander Zabala is the Sustainability & Climate Service Group Manager at Hackney. Leading on Climate, Recycling, and Land, Water, and Air services. He is currently working on Hackney’s first Circular Economy Strategy & Action Plan, and he is one of the leads, alongside Stephanie Li, for the London-wide food-emissions work through the One World Living programme.

Ravina Singh is a Programme Manager within London Councils Climate Programme. Out of the seven themes of LCs Climate Programme, Ravina enables delivery of the Green Economy theme, which is focused on finance, delivery models, jobs & skills, and the One World Living theme, which is focused on reducing consumption emissions in London.

Paul Crofts is Founder and Creative Director of Paul Crofts Studio, an award-winning multidisciplinary design practice established in London in 2003, and working internationally across furniture, product, and interior design, celebrated for its material-led approach where craft, process, and innovation drive each project. His studio has delivered projects for clients including Unilever, Spring Studios, Theatre Royal Plymouth, and Lotte Department Store. In 2012, he co-founded Isomi, leading award-winning designs recognised internationally for sustainability, innovation and redefining the relationship between products and space.

Dominic McAndrew is Head of CBRE Design Collective in the UK and Ireland. Ranked number two in ID’s 100 Global Giants for workplace design and 16 across all disciplines, CBRE Design Collective has a vibrant track record across a workplace, aviation, commercial real estate and more. Dominic joined CBRE in 2024 and has worked to unify the design studios in Dublin, London and Manchester while growing the business and designing spaces that are both uncompromising in terms of design and their environmental credentials.

Ed is CEO and Co-founder of Replacer, a UK-based software startup helping hotels to reduce waste, conserve resources, and become stronger businesses as a result. Replacer’s tool has gained traction with its bold action focus and ease-of-use; it complements existing measurement, reporting, and certification tools by focusing squarely on action; helping hotels to discover practical solutions, quickly build business cases, and connect with vetted suppliers of circular and sustainable alternatives.

As well as attracting 100s of users already, Replacer has collaborative impact partnerships with ECOsmart (Greengage), BWH Hotels GB, and Bluestone National Park Resort. Replacer is a Pending B Corp and a member of the ReLondon community of circular businesses.

Chris is the founder of Brew Resourceful and host of the Modern Brewer Podcast, where he champions sustainability across the brewing industry.

With over a decade of experience in leading craft breweries and a proven track record helping names like Camerons, Northern Monk, DEYA, Signature Brew, and Vault City, Chris specialises in building sustainability strategies that balance people, planet, and profit. His work focuses on solutions that not only reduce environmental impact but also deliver real financial returns, helping make sustainability a driver of innovation in brewing.

With more than 20 years developing the market for innovative surfaces across EMEA, Scott founded Surface Matter in 2013 to help designers and architects use materials better. Active in the Better Business Network and B Corp community, Scott believes in sharing knowledge and working with great people to drive positive change. He continues to address the challenges of circular design with smarter reuse strategies, launching Material Rescue in 2024 to maintain the highest level of quality with minimal intervention.

Professor Dame Henrietta L. Moore is a cultural theorist and social anthropologist. She is the Director of the UCL Institute for Global Prosperity, where she also holds the Chair in Culture, Philosophy and Design. Her work focuses on developing new approaches to prosperity that look beyond economic growth to wellbeing, environmental sustainability, institutional change and social justice.

Professor Moore is the co-founder and chair of SHM Productions, a strategy and insight consultancy based in London, a founding trustee of the SHM Foundation, and a trustee of the Barbican Centre Trust in London. She is a Fellow of the British Academy, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, an Academician of the Learned Societies for the Social Sciences, a Member of Defra’s Science Advisory Council, and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
