Tim Biggin is a Senior Site Manager at Blenheim House Construction Ltd. He is currently project managing Grosvenor Estates’ first net zero development in Holbein Place SW1W (next to Sloane Square Underground). Tim originates from Australia but is permanently based in the UK.
