Ryan Robinson has always had a passion for science and in particularly the wonders of biology. He studied Biology at the University of Manchester for his undergraduate, before a very exciting course in Space Physiology and Health at King’s College London. He then received his PhD from Imperial College London after studying the effects of air pollution on the nervous system in the lungs.
Now, he leads Aeropowder as the founder and CEO of the London-based startup creating a new circular economy from surplus feathers. As a natural problem solver who is eager to learn, he has relished the opportunity to ‘get stuck in’ with all aspects of the business whether commercial, scientific or creative – from fixing manufacturing equipment, running experiments, editing video content and more. Ryan has been recognised for his work by being on the Forbes 30 under 30 List, as well as being an Echoing Green Climate Fellow.
