One World Living is one of the seven London Councils’ initiated climate programmes, led by Harrow Council working with the West London Waste Authority and ReLondon. The programme’s focus is to significantly reduce London’s greenhouse gas emissions across four key thematic areas, each of which is co-ordinated a London borough: food (Hackney), textiles (WLWA and Wandsworth), plastics (Richmond) and electricals (Hammersmith & Fulham).
