Lena is a research fellow in consumption-based accounting in the Sustainability Research Institute at the University of Leeds. Her work looks at estimating and analysing consumption-based emissions. She focuses on how emissions from consumption can be reduced without furthering social inequalities. Moreover, she works directly on the model used to calculate the UK’s consumption-based carbon footprint.
