Isabela Brown is a Senior Policy Advisor on the Living Streets and Public Spaces team at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Climate of Environmental Justice. She leads the annual development of New York City’s Greenhouse Gas Inventory. Isabela comes to the role with a background in transportation emissions modelling and data science. Since joining the office, Isabela has worked to overhaul the city’s transportation emissions inventory, integrate consumption-based accounting into the city’s geographic inventory, and has studied the impact of upstream fuel leakages on city emissions.
