Holley Chant is Lendlease’s Director of Sustainability on the Google Development Venture (GDV). GDV is the largest urban regeneration project in the USA, where Lendlease will develop up to 15M SF of residential, retail and hospitality space across Google-owned land in Silicon Valley, California.
A key focus of Holley’s work with Lendlease is taking circularity strategies from concept through implementation. She is passionate about the local reuse of urban timber, which she sees as an opportunity for eliminating waste, reducing carbon, and connecting with the local community.
Prior to joining Lendlease, Holley led built environment sustainability projects spanning governmental and commercial zones in the Middle East for over twelve years.
