Ellie is a food-systems and sustainability professional with experience spanning the NHS, UK start-ups, farming and consultancy. Ellie became employee #1 at allplants in 2016 where she built the logistics, procurement and sustainability functions and strategies from scratch. In 2021, Ellie graduated from the Forum for the Future’s School of System Change.
Ellie has worked on several farms to better understand the impact of our food at source and is now working at The SRA as a Senior Sustainability Consultant, delivering impactful projects with bespoke objectives for a range of food businesses.
