Simon is a Pharmacognosist and did his Doctoral studies at Kings College, London School of Pharmacy. He is specialised in medicinal plants from sub-Saharan Africa in the treatment of skin cancer. He was the founder of his namesake brand Dr Jackson’s natural products, and has authored numerous scientific papers and presented at global conferences.
