David Warren is the Head of Circular Economy Policy Development at the Welsh Government. He led the development of the Welsh Government’s new plan – Beyond Recycling: a strategy to make the circular economy in Wales a reality. Throughout the pandemic, he has also been working on Covid-19 response activity and supporting the green recovery. Previously, David worked in economic policy taking forward work to prepare the Welsh Government’s Economic Action Plan and devolving business rates to Wales.
