Cindy is the Head of Recycling, Circular Economy and Ward Improvements for Hounslow. Cindy is the London Regional Rep for LARAC and has over 15 years’ experience in local government. She is responsible for the waste and recycling collection service, leading a range of projects to support a circular economy in Hounslow and building a team of officers to deliver ward improvements.
