Arun Rao works in the Climate Change Mitigation team at the GLA, leading on London’s whole lifecycle carbon policy and implementing ambitious sustainability policies for new buildings to help London reach net-zero by 2030. Alongside this, he leads the team’s work on consumption-based emissions.
