Anaïs Engelmann is Co-Founder and Head of Product at Team Repair, a circular startup teaching children science, technology, and the life skill of repair. She is a Design Engineering graduate from Imperial College London, where she worked on multiple circular economy projects including her Master’s thesis designing a tool to identify profitability in end-of-life supply chains.
During her studies, she also led research developing access-based business models incentivising material circularity, which was published in the International Conference on Engineering Design. Team Repair began as a final-year project, where Anaïs and her Co-Founders wanted to find a way to reduce electronic waste. It has since developed into an award-winning circular business on a mission to combine STEM and repair education to empower the next generation of sustainably-minded Engineers and Scientists.
